Returns and Refunds

If, for any reason, clients are not satisfied with an order, the item(s) can be exchanged or returned for a full refund within 7 days of the merchandise's delivery date.

  1. Email order@blurleather.com to request a return authorization number. Please state whether the return is for an exchange or for a full refund
  2. Please write the return authorization number on the outside of the box for shipping
  3. Customers are responsible for their own shipment for any returns
  4. Customers can choose between the two compensation options:
    1. Exchange: It is important to us that our customers are satisfied with the items they purchase. If for any reason our customers are dissatisfied with their purchase, they may exchange it for the style, size, and color.

2. Refund: Customers will receive a full refund as soon as the returned items have been checked and accepted by Blur. This does not include the shipping fee. The processing time may vary depending on the credit card company. 


PLEASE NOTE: Any item(s) purchased under the SALE section are FINAL SALE, and no returns or exchanges are accepted.



  • Items returned to Blur may not have any signs of damages such as water or tear damage and must not have been altered in any way
  • Customers may repackage the items in the Blur box or may use their own for shipment
  • Customers are responsible for the shipment fee
In the case of damaged or incorrect merchandise, please proceed with the following instruction: 
  • Blur Leather reserves the right to request photographic support regarding the damage or incorrect merchandise before authorizing a return or full refund.
