Can I return or exchange items that were purchased on sale?

How long does it take to process my return?
Blur will issue a full refund once the returned merchandise has been inspected for signs of damages, cleared from inspection, and has been accepted by Blur. Please see our Returns and Refunds policy page. Please note that this does not include the shipping fee, and the bank may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Blur.
When will my order be shipped?
Shipping times may vary depending on the shipment selection chosen by the customers. Orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays.
